К вопросу о соотношении между предударными гласными после твердых и мягких согласных в южнорусских говорах (на примере говора с архаическим типом вокализма)
2010. № 2 (20), 120-142
Abstract:
The article deals with the correlation between vowels after hard and soft consonants in South-Russian dialects, primarily in the dialects with archaic vocalism. The parallelism of vocalic systems after hard and soft consonants in the archaic Zadonsk akanie and jakanie is destroyed when the quality of the pretonic vowel ceases to depend on the stressed vowel. The article demonstrates that the archaic system is more stable in the position after hard consonants than in the position after soft consonants. For this reason archaic akanie is better preserved than archaic jakanie.
